What we liked
- + Ten loops along the 6 foot strap give set hand and foot positions for stretching.
- + The listing describes woven nylon with durable loops and says it is non-elastic.
- + Includes a 40 page exercise booklet and a video stretching guide.
Trade-offs
- - It uses loops, not a D-ring buckle, so it will not cinch around a thigh or hold a bind like a buckle strap.
- - Costs more than basic cotton straps, and it is a nylon strap rather than cotton.
