What we liked
- + Half-inch high-density foam gives a soft surface for kneeling and lying poses on hard floors
- + Double-sided anti-slip surface, and a moisture-resistant material that wipes clean with soap and water
- + Carrying strap included, and it is one of the cheapest thick mats in this guide
Trade-offs
- - Soft half-inch foam compresses underfoot, which makes standing balance poses less stable
- - 71 inches is a little shorter than the 72 inch mats here, and the listing does not name the foam type
