What we liked
- + Lowest price in the guide and the sensible buy if you already have a mat you like
- + Standard 9 x 6 x 4 inch blocks, with both size and 4.6 oz weight stated in the listing
- + Strap uses an easy-release metal D-ring buckle that the manufacturer says holds the loop securely in place
Trade-offs
- - No mat, towel or bag, so it is not a complete kit on its own
- - 6 ft strap is on the short side for taller people in reclined leg stretches, 8 ft is the common step up
