What we liked
- + 10mm high-density NBR foam gives plush cushioning for kneeling and seated poses on hard floors
- + Textured foam surface helps reduce slipping on most hard floors during dry practice
- + Wipes clean with a damp cloth, and an adjustable carrying strap is included
Trade-offs
- - Gaiam itself notes the soft feel favors comfort over firmness, so balance poses feel less planted
- - An initial foam odor may be present and is listed as fading after 24 to 48 hours of airing
