What we liked
- + Quarter-inch thickness balances cushioning with a stable feel
- + Extra wide surface makes wide stances and floor stretches easier
- + Covers yoga, pilates and general exercise in one big mat
Trade-offs
- - Grip and new-mat smell can vary, so air it out before use
- - Too big to carry to studios, so it is a home-only mat
