What we liked
- + 13 inch diameter gives a gentler curve for larger bodies
- + Free bands add strength and stretch options to the bundle
- + Strong frame is marketed for weight-bearing backbend practice
Trade-offs
- - Back pain wording is marketing, not a reason to skip professional advice
- - Extra bands may be low quality compared with dedicated sets
