What we liked
- + Ergonomic wooden seat supports an upright spine in seiza
- + Portable bench is light enough to carry to classes
- + Wood construction feels stable under body weight
Trade-offs
- - No back support, so it is a bench rather than a true chair
- - Hard seat usually needs extra cushioning for long sits
