What we liked
- + Closed-cell EVA foam is described as water-resistant and non-porous, so it wipes clean with a damp towel.
- + The standard 9 x 6 x 3 inch size works for the usual supported poses and stretching.
- + Lightweight and compact, with a non-slip surface, and sold as a pair at a low price.
Trade-offs
- - Septo is a lesser-known brand and the listing gives little on foam density beyond calling it high density.
- - Foam blocks are softer than cork or wood, so they compress more under heavy weight.
