What we liked
- + Two pairs in one set, so one pair can be worn while the other is washed.
- + Silicone dots on the palm are described as giving a strong grip for yoga and Pilates postures.
- + The fingerless cotton design keeps fingertips free, and the cotton is described as absorbing sweat.
Trade-offs
- - Gloves add a layer between hand and mat, which some people find less natural than bare hands.
- - Sizing is not detailed in the bullets, so fit may vary on very large or small hands.
