What we liked
- + 36 inches of length lets you lie along it for chest opening or roll both legs at once.
- + Extra firm EPP foam is described as keeping its shape with regular use and is water-resistant.
- + Works for balance, core and spine stabilization exercises as well as muscle rolling.
Trade-offs
- - Extra firm density is a lot of pressure for a first roller: a medium density one is a gentler start.
- - At 36 inches it needs storage space and is not something that fits in a gym bag.
