What we liked
- + High-density foam holds its round shape under body weight
- + 18 inch length is compact for storing under a bed
- + Low price makes it an easy first roller for home practice
Trade-offs
- - 18 inch length is too short to roll across the whole upper back
- - Smooth surface offers less targeted pressure than textured rollers
