What we liked
- + Dharma Yoga Wheel is the brand that popularized the prop
- + Eco Basic version keeps the design with a lower price point
- + Supports a broad range of stretches for back, hips and shoulders
Trade-offs
- - Title makes relief claims, but it is a stretching prop, not a treatment
- - Basic version may have less padding than premium models
