What we liked
- + 6 mm high density foam feels stable for both standing and floor work
- + Large 6 x 4 feet surface protects floors during mixed workouts
- + Thinner than many big mats, so it rolls up slightly more compactly
Trade-offs
- - Cardio-focused design may feel less grippy for slow yoga holds
- - 6 mm padding may be firm for people wanting plush knee comfort
