What we liked
- + A full inch of foam delivers maximum cushioning for knees and tailbone
- + High-density foam holds its shape better than bargain soft padding
- + Carrying strap included, useful for moving a bulky mat between rooms
Trade-offs
- - Inch-thick foam feels unstable for standing yoga and quick transitions
- - Rolls up large, so it takes real storage space in a small apartment
