What we liked
- + Covers a full restorative sequence in one box: bolster, two blocks, strap, blanket and eye pillow.
- + The bolster has a removable zippered cover and is listed at 6 lbs and 24 x 10 x 5 inches with firm batting for passive poses.
- + Includes a Mexican blanket and a flaxseed eye pillow, which most basic prop sets leave out.
Trade-offs
- - It has no stool or chair-height seat, unlike the kit it replaces, so seated supported poses need other furniture.
- - The same brand's 5-pack in this guide is similar, so the two overlap in contents.
