The Best Restorative Yoga Kits
Updated How we research
Restorative yoga leans on props more than any other style, and buying a bolster, blocks, strap, and blanket separately gets expensive fast. Kits bundle the essentials at a friendlier price, but quality varies widely between them. Some pair a solid bolster with flimsy foam blocks, others skimp on blanket weight, and a few include genuinely useful extras like eye pillows or straps you will actually reach for. We judged kits by their weakest piece, since one bad prop undermines the whole set, and weighed bolster firmness, block density, blanket weave, and overall value against buying items individually. Complete kits suit beginners building a home practice from zero, smaller bundles suit people who already own a mat and blocks, and premium sets suit anyone furnishing a dedicated practice space.
